Ordering
When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate and current information. Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship your items, and we may cancel an order before then, for example if an item is out of stock, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you get a full refund right away.
Prices and payment
All prices are in US dollars. Payment is collected at checkout and processed by Stripe. Applicable sales tax is calculated and added at checkout. We work to keep prices, stock, and product descriptions accurate, and we fix mistakes as soon as we find them.
Discounts and promotions
Discount codes, including first-order and welcome offers, are for the customer they were issued to and for the use described when you receive them. Unless we say otherwise, one code applies per order, a first-order code is valid on a customer\'s first purchase only, and codes hold no cash value and cannot be sold, transferred, or combined with other codes. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or reverse a discount, or to cancel an order, if a code is used in a way it was not intended, for example creating more than one account or email address to reuse a one-time offer, reselling codes, or any other misuse. If we cancel an order for this reason, we refund what you paid for it.
Shipping and returns
Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund Policy. In short: free US shipping, and 60 days from delivery to return items free of charge.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account password safe and for activity under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else is using it.
Our content
The photos, text, logos, and design of this site belong to BLL Fabrics Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without our written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
