Turkish Cotton

Towels made from long-staple Aegean cotton in an ultra-dense, long-pile weave. At 800 GSM this is the heaviest cotton we make: thick in the hand, plush against the skin and able to hold a lot of water before it feels damp. Long-staple fiber matters here. Longer fibers spin into a smoother, stronger yarn, so the towel sheds less lint, resists pilling and keeps its softness through years of washing. It also grows fuller and softer over the first few washes instead of wearing thin. The line includes washcloths, hand towels, bath towels and bath sheets, plus bath towel sets, bath sheet sets, a six-piece set and the larger all-towel and mega sets for a whole household. Because 800 GSM towels are heavy, they take longer to dry on the rail than our 700 GSM Terry line; if quick drying matters more than weight, Terry is the better fit.
