Product appearance

Our photos are taken of the actual products, but screens display color differently. The shade of a towel or robe you receive may differ slightly from what your monitor shows. Woven textiles also carry small natural variations: dimensions and weights can vary slightly from piece to piece, which is normal for cotton goods. These variations are not defects. If you are unhappy with what arrives for any reason, our Refund Policy gives you 60 days to return it.

Product care

Each product comes with care instructions. Following them keeps your textiles soft and durable. We cannot take responsibility for damage caused by care that goes against those instructions, such as high-heat drying or bleach on dyed fabric.
