Payments on capyhome.com are processed by Stripe, one of the largest and most trusted payment providers in the world. Your card details go directly to Stripe over an encrypted connection and never touch our servers. Stripe is certified to PCI DSS Level 1, the highest level of payment security.

Payment methods we accept

  • Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover (credit and debit).
  • Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App Pay, Amazon Pay, and Link, the one-click checkout by Stripe.
  • Buy now, pay later: Klarna, Affirm, and Afterpay. These providers let you split a purchase into installments. Approval, payment schedules, and any interest or fees are set by the provider and shown to you before you confirm.

All prices are in US dollars.

Which methods you see at checkout

Stripe shows only the payment methods that are valid for your specific order, so the list at checkout can be shorter than the list above.

  • Buy now, pay later and US wallets: Klarna, Affirm, Afterpay, Cash App Pay, and Amazon Pay are available to customers in the United States. They do not appear when your billing address or location is outside the US.
  • Apple Pay: appears on Apple devices in Safari when a card is set up in Wallet.
  • Google Pay: appears in Chrome or on Android when a card is saved to your Google account.
  • Order amount: each pay-later provider sets its own minimum and maximum order size and is hidden when your total falls outside its range.

Cards and Link are available to every customer.

Payment methods we do not accept

We do not accept checks, money orders, wire transfers, bank debits, cash on delivery, or cryptocurrency.

When you are charged

Your payment method is charged when you complete checkout. The total on the final checkout page is exactly what you pay: item prices plus any applicable sales tax. Standard US shipping is free, and we never add card surcharges or processing fees.

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Once we process a refund, banks typically post the money within 5 to 10 business days. Details on returns, exchanges, and store credit are in our Refund Policy.

Trouble at checkout?

If a payment fails or you are not sure it went through, email info@capyhome.com or call +1 (656) 203-1946 and we will sort it out. We never ask for your card number by email or phone.
