What's your return policy?+
We offer a 60-day return window. A handling fee applies: $0 for refunds and $0 for exchanges or store credit. Just reach out and we'll start the process for you.
Where are your products made?+
Our products are made in Turkey. We use Turkish cotton, including long-staple Aegean cotton, along with Lenzing modal blends, chosen for softness, absorbency, and durability wash after wash.
Are your products tested for safety?+
Yes. Our towels and bathroom textiles are certified to OEKO-TEX Standard 100, which means every component is tested for harmful substances, so they are safe for you and your family.
How do I wash and care for my towels?+
Machine wash warm at 40°C and tumble dry on low heat. Low heat keeps the cotton fibers fluffy. Do not use bleach, and skip dry cleaning. Delicate pieces like our gauze robes have their own gentler instructions, so check the care section on the product page before the first wash.
What does GSM mean, and which towel weight should I pick?+
GSM stands for grams per square meter, a measure of how densely a towel is woven. Our Turkish Cotton line is 800 GSM, thick and plush. Terry is 700 GSM, a soft everyday weight that also dries quickly. Luxury is 600 GSM with a smooth, silky feel. Higher GSM means a heavier towel that holds more water.
