What's your return policy?+
We offer a 60-day return window for unused items. A handling fee applies: $0 for refunds and $0 for exchanges or store credit. Just reach out and we'll start the process for you.
Where are your products made?+
Our products are made in Turkey. We use Turkish cotton, including long-staple Aegean cotton, along with Lenzing modal blends, chosen for softness, absorbency, and durability wash after wash.
Are your products tested for safety?+
Yes. Our towels and bathroom textiles are certified to OEKO-TEX Standard 100, which means every component is tested for harmful substances, so they are safe for you and your family.
