Payment Policy

At capyhome (operated by BLL Fabrics Inc.), we want checkout to be simple, secure, and transparent. This Payment Policy explains the payment methods we accept, how your payment is processed, and any fees you may encounter during purchase or returns. All transactions on this website are processed and charged in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods at checkout:

  • Credit & debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club
  • Digital wallets: Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay
  • PayPal: available on both desktop and mobile

Card and digital-wallet payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments, a PCI-DSS compliant payment provider. PayPal payments are processed by PayPal. We do not see or store your full card details on our servers.

Payment Methods We Do Not Accept

To keep checkout secure, we currently do not accept: cash on delivery (COD), bank wire transfers, personal checks, money orders, third-party retailer gift cards, or cryptocurrency.

Payment Security

All payments are encrypted with industry-standard SSL/TLS technology and handled by PCI-DSS compliant providers. Your payment method is charged at the time your order is placed.

Taxes, Fees & Additional Charges

  • Sales tax: Applicable U.S. state and local sales tax is calculated automatically and shown at checkout before payment, based on your shipping address.
  • Shipping: Free standard shipping on U.S. orders of $100.00 or more; orders under $100.00 are charged a flat $7.99 shipping fee. See our Shipping Policy.
  • No surcharges: We do not add any surcharge or extra handling fee for paying by card or digital wallet.

Refunds & Return-Related Fees

We offer a 60-day return window, and refunds are issued to your original payment method. The following return-related fees apply (see our Refund Policy for full details):

  • Refund to original payment method: a $11.95 handling fee is deducted from the refund.
  • Exchange or store credit: a reduced $7.95 fee applies.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is processed back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take several business days to appear on your statement.
